Our online store is powered by Shopify, and certain products are manufactured and fulfilled by Printful and other third-party providers.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory shortages, pricing errors, or legal restrictions.

2. PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE

Trinity Armament offers branded apparel, custom merchandise, accessories, and other lawful consumer products.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, and availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, graphics, and specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. CUSTOM & PRINT-ON-DEMAND MERCHANDISE

Many products sold by Trinity Armament are manufactured specifically for each customer through Printful or other fulfillment partners.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:

  • Merchandise may not exist as finished inventory when purchased.

  • Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

  • Manufacturing and shipping are separate processes.

  • Product sizing, colors, and customization details must be reviewed before checkout.

  • Minor manufacturing variations may occur.

Custom, personalized, and print-on-demand merchandise is final sale once production begins, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise and where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes, colors, and product variations.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to review, limit, or cancel orders involving suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, or obvious pricing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins, subject to confirmation.

Once an order enters production through Printful or another manufacturing partner, cancellation is generally unavailable.

6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Trinity Armament currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Orders may be manufactured and shipped by Printful or other authorized fulfillment partners.

Products within the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to manufacturing demand, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will comply with applicable laws concerning delayed or unfulfilled orders.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are subject to our published Refund Policy.

Custom and made-to-order merchandise is generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or changes in personal preference once production begins.

Damaged, defective, or materially incorrect merchandise will be addressed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Trinity Armament branding, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, website content, and other intellectual property are owned by Trinity Armament LLC or used with permission from their respective owners.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, modification, redistribution, or use of protected materials is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law.

Purchasing merchandise does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with its design.

9. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

Customers submitting artwork, logos, designs, text, or other materials for customization represent that they possess the necessary rights and permissions.

Trinity Armament may decline customization requests that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or conflict with manufacturing requirements.

10. FIREARM-RELATED ACCESSORIES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Certain products or accessories may be subject to federal, state, or local restrictions.

Customers are responsible for determining whether products may lawfully be purchased, possessed, or used in their jurisdiction.

Trinity Armament reserves the right to restrict or cancel orders where required by applicable law.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store uses Shopify for ecommerce functionality and Printful for certain manufacturing and fulfillment services.

Additional third-party providers may assist with payment processing, shipping, analytics, and website operations.

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment activity.
