• Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for used, opened, or personalized items. This includes products that have been assembled, altered, or damaged after purchase.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the return meets our criteria, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
